What is D School?
A 5 week, intensive, small-group master class, led by Sparent Co-Founders Jennifer Crawford and Meredith Eaton.
This unique business course that will teach you:
- How to shift your mindset from business owner to CEO;
- How to create the infrastructure needed to grow and scale;
- How to determine what to delegate, to whom to delegate it, and how to successfully hand it off;
- How to build systems and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- How to intentionally craft your company culture as a foundation for successful growth
- How to successfully recruit, select, and onboard, the right people to help grow your company

How It Works
D-School is every Tuesday and Thursday in March 2022, on ZOOM, from 11:30-1:30pm EST.
Tuesdays are your masterclass where we learn and discuss business fundamentals and strategies.
Thursdays are your study hall- where we put learning into action.
During study hall you will:
- Create or refine your company values, missions, and culture
- Write your SOP's
- Write or refine business systems
- Perform task mapping and create your delegation plan
- Practice giving and receiving constructive feedback and other leadership skills
